The opportunity exists for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join the team at Pinnacle IT. We have an opening for a Web Focused Helpdesk Operator with demonstrated experience managing Moodle and Wordpress environments and their underlying technologies. Our ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of Windows domain environments. This role provides support to a variety of external clients.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Implement and maintain Wordpress environments, including theme customisations, ecommerce integrations, and the ongoing support of produced websites.
• Maintain multiple Moodle environments, including loading eLearning content using your image manipulation, HTML & CSS skills as required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Detailed and accurate record keeping.
• Providing efficient and effective end to end customer service, from supply, installation and support of equipment, to service and support of end user environments.
• Troubleshooting server, network, PC, laptop and mobile enquiries including hardware and software issues.
• Building and maintaining productive relationships with clients' staff ranging from juniors to senior managers.

To be successful you will require:

• Proven experience with Moodle and WordPress, management of web content, and maintenance of web-facing software environments.
• An understanding of PHP, relational databases, and web servers.
• Experience producing multimedia assets for the web.
• A well organised and professional manner with a focus on customer service.
• A strong willingness to learn and improve your skills and knowledge.
• A positive, can do attitude.
• A passion for exceeding clients' expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience when dealing with novice users.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Security experience is beneficial.
• Microsoft & VMware certifications are desirable.
