Technical Writer
About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our mining client on an Monday to Friday role based in Brisbane CBD.
Key Accountabilities:
• Plan, develop, and publish operational procedures, processes and safe work instructions.
• Manage updates and revisions to technical documents.
• Ensure a consistent format and approach to document creation and revisions.
• Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure documentation is relevant, accurate, and delivers the required results.
Skills and Experience
• Previous experience working in a technical writing position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Mechanical background highly regarded
• Proficiency in MS office - Specifically word and excel as well as 1SAP CHPP
• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
• Skilled at multi tasking and working in a fast paced environment
