Join this rapidly expanding global business who are looking for a help desk agents to help with ongoing back log of requests.

Responsibilities include:

Taking inbound calls from internal stakeholders with technical issues
Responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
Resolve technical inquiries when possible and escalate when necessary

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

Exceptional customer service with clear communication
A friendly and helpful personality
Experience trouble shooting technical inquiries
Experienced with SharePoint, Citrix and Microsoft packages Office 365 would be advantageous.
