Nestled in a quiet suburban location with on-site parking, my client is a leader within the residential building industry. Producing award winning homes and developments they offer a sought after fast paced and autonomous working environment which is both enjoyable and will allow you to shine.
Due to continued growth our client is on the hunt for a hands-on Drafting Manager to lead by example working on new product, detail and library's together with some production drafting. Leading and mentoring a small team, you will streamline standard operation and work flow procedures.
Ideally you will have a minimum 4-5 years experience working with a project home builder in a Drafting Management capacity. Advanced knowledge of ArchiCAD is a must. You will possess a positive personality with a 'can do' attitude and a strong work ethic adding to an already sought after working environment.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
