Successful and award winning Residential leader seeking a driven and motivated Registered Architect. This company has a strong pipeline of projects for the year ahead, having recently secured more work, and is looking to acquire a talented and passionate Registered Architect to assist on numerous projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be involved in a range of projects for the company. Your role will be an all-rounder role, enabling you to get exposure to all different stages of projects, broadening your experience and responsibilities.
DUTIES.
- Overlook/assist with the documentation for DAs & CCs
- Coordination with Clients, Consultants and Councils
- Involvement across all stages of project life cycle
- Strong understand of BCA and council requirements
- VIC Registered Architect with Australian construction knowledge
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive nature to your work
- Revit software experience with a confident and strong ability
- Strong and recent experience with Multi-Residential projects
