A renowned, international design studio is looking for a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join their expanding education focused team here in their CBD located office.
They are looking for an architect with strong experience in education/ tertiary projects with demonstrated leadership qualities to build a positive team environment, mentoring others.
You will have 10+ years industry experience, having completed projects from start to finish where a significant design input was recognised, and hands-on design skills evidenced by awards/ competition wins.
A strong understanding of commercial and financial components of major developments, and a track record of managing multiple projects in excess of $25M is desirable.
The successful candidate will be a registered architect with knowledge of the Australian market, a natural leader with passion and enthusiasm who can lead the overall creative strategy and design outcomes for this studio across the education sector.

Your role will include;
- Leading a project team throughout design stages
- Managing complex projects involving various stakeholders
- Leading overall creative strategy and design outcomes
Skills & experience
To be considered for the role, you will require the following;
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, and a proven ability to form partnerships, motivate, enthuse and drive individuals
- At least 10+ years professional experience in the Australian market
- Previous education project experience
