The CAD Drafter will be responsible for the specialist operation of computer aided design software (ArchiCad) to create construction documentation (schedules, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, electrical and data plans, FFE’s and finishes, joinery and elevations) for commercial office fit outs and refurbishments. This role will also be responsible for taking the lead on small projects.
The successful incumbent will have 3+ years’ experience working within a similar role ideally within the commercial design and construct industry with tertiary qualifications in Design or Architecture. You are proactive, self-driven and competent in managing your time effectively coupled with the ability to be adaptive and flexible to the changing needs of the business.
