Zynke Design is an established design agency based in Norwood that deliver creative solutions for all design-related tasks, whether that is for digital or traditional media.
This is a rare opportunity for someone to really take command of our design department. We are looking for a motivated, hard-working senior designer with a "can-do" attitude that has the experience to work autonomously on all facets of a project, from initial client briefings, quoting, through to final artwork.
Experience Required
• Minimum 4 years relevant industry experience in an agency or freelance, including experience designing for both print and online media
• Design of traditional media projects for a range of marketing collateral, delivering creative from concept to completion for a wide-range of clients in different industries
• Packaging design – Preferred knowledge of food packaging requirements and experience with delivering final artwork to printers
• Website Design – Don't worry, we have our own in-house website developer so you don't need to know how to write code, just how to design great-looking websites
• Logo and branding – Create great looking logos for new and existing businesses and the ability to work to a client's branding guidelines and specs
• Social Media content creation – Delivering great solutions for a wide variety of clients
• Photo editing – Able to tweak photos using Photoshop and/or Lightroom to achieve results our clients will love, which can often be as simple as creating clipping paths for images
• In-depth knowledge of the necessary Adobe Creative Cloud software – inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (others are a bonus)
• General business skills – Such as but not limited to quoting projects, growing client relationships, putting together a proposal and taking a detailed brief from a client. Able to work Autonomously and report to the owners daily.
Photography skills will be looked upon favourably, although not a pre-requisite.
