Exceptional opportunity for a Registered Architect to take a role in building up the Architectural portfolio within an established, high-end Interior Design firm.
Are you an established Registered Architect looking to work under a leading design brand? Do you have polished Design, Delivery and Communication skills? Can you push the boundaries with stand-alone Residential or Boutique Hotel projects?
This firm is 20-ish in size but packs a punch with its crafted and curated, yet liveable designs. With an influx of impressive projects in the works they are looking to strategically appoint an Architect to develop, lead and grow the Architectural arm of the studio. This is an excellent and rarely seen position offering scope and responsibility for the right person. There is ready-made work at this firm.
Specific responsibilities will include: Client Management, Concept Design, overall delivery of projects, working closely with partners in new business development and overtime, Team Leadership of support Drafts staff. As such, you will need excellent design skills, strong knowledge of Design Development, Construction Documentation, Coordination and Detailing.
This role will suit a talented, go-getter who is happy to work on a long-term, ongoing contract basis.
