ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This award-winning Architecture and Interior Design practice has a leading presence in the market and is renowned for their delivery across the education, health, civic and heritage sectors. Having secured a number of exciting projects, this firm is seeking an experienced Architect to join their team and contribute to the delivery of health projects.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As an Architect you will report to the Senior Architect and will contribute to all phases of the Architectural process from masterplanning to on-site delivery. Coordinating with your team members, you will assist in the delivery of stages including but not limited to: feasibility, concept design, construction and design development.
DUTIES.
- Contribute to concept design
- Liaise with Clients, consultants and council
- Assist in design development
- Produce DA/CC documentation
- Respond to RFI's
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- NSW Registration preferred but not essential
- Revit proficiency essential
- Portfolio demonstrating health project experienec
- Excellent knowledge of BCA and council regulations
- Experience within a Project Coordination capacity
