Located in Melbourne’s inner Northern suburbs and having a strong reputation for quality, we require a Draftsperson to join our team.
Applicants selected for interview will need to attend in person and need to be Australian citizens or be entitled to work in Australia. Local Volume Residential experience is essential. Applicants that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
This diversified role will include:
- Contributing design ideas for standard range homes and facades
- Producing presentation sketches for new designs
- Making changes to standard drawings
- Producing high quality working drawings for both Victorian and Queensland projects
The successful candidate will have:
- Proficiency in the use of REVIT
- Residential design experience
- A desire to work within a close knit and productive team
- Effective communications skills
- Previous experience working for a volume builder
- Knowledge and experience with Building Construction, Standards and Regulations
- Proven drafting skills
