Company Profile
This leading architectural and interior design practice has expanded to 5 national offices and 2 international offices over the past few years. Their Sydney studio employs 30 design staff and is seeking more people to join their talented, young and energetic team. They have an in-house Interior Design team to support the architectural projects.

Design and Construct has successfully placed 7 people who are all happily employed there.
Their new studio is located very conveniently in the Sydney CBD, close to all transport and retail.
They work nationally across all office on various projects too.
The company has various sports teams, social events and seminars in each of their studios.
Your work day may include:
Reporting to the Project Leaders, you will assist them in their co-management of stages and/or precincts of large projects.
- Managing/assisting teams in the documentation of DA, Contract and Tender stages
- Co-ordination with other Consultants
How will I develop my career here?
Two of their Directors came into the practice at entry level as Graduate Architects - the practice can offer real career progression.
Training for Registration is available, in addition to general mentoring by leading designers.
Skills & Experience you will need:
- You are preferably experienced in working on mid-rise or high-rise multi-unit residential and mixed-use projects - or other complex project types - for at least 4 years
- Minimum of 7 years’ post-graduate AUSTRALIAN experience
- ArchiCAD professional experience and proficiency is ESSENTIAL.
- Bachelor and Masters of Architecture, or a Diploma in Architectural Drafting or similar
Remuneration
The salary package offered is commensurate with your skills and experience.
