My client is a global service and construction company providing expertise within the building services industry for over 20 years. They deal in Ventilation, Mechanical Services, Security, Project Management, Energy Analysis, Fire & Smoke Analysis. They have a great presence within the commercial buildings, hospitals & healthcare and various other mission critical type industries & due to sustained growth they are now actively looking for a strong Drafters with exposure to Security layout and single-line electrical diagrams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You would become a member of their in house drafting team
- Security layout drafting (CCTV, access control, alarm systems)
- Single line security & electrical diagrams
- Fully draft in CAD
- Respond to client requests
Technical Skills:
- At least 3-5 years drafting experience
- Security and/or Mechanical industry knowledge is must Working on Building Services projects (Commercial/Government/ Hospital/ High rise Residential)
- Advance AutoCAD skills
- Some exposure to 3D Revit/BIM is beneficial
Experience/Attitude:
Ideally my client are looking for candidates to have Permanent Residency within Australia and possess the following skills: Self-motivated, honest and hardworking individual with a can do attitude Organised team player who has excellent communication skills with a strong mechanical aptitude
