Our client is a well respected, renowned practice with an excellent reputation for quality work and a welcoming, collaborative and hardworking team environment. Due to a number of project wins and major growth within the team, they are seeking an experienced Project Architect to manage both small and large projects, mentor junior team members, contract administration, project management and overseeing the complete life-cycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing and overseeing the delivery of projects, small to large
• Directing and managing teams whilst assisting in the documentation and design of each project
• Dealing with challenges, resolving complex construction detailing issues and preparation of documentation
• Assisting with the mentoring and development of less experienced team members

Key Requirements
• At least 7 years experience in a similar role, with a demonstrable background in taking projects from schematic design through to site
• Must have experience across all phases of design, with a real focus on design development up to and including contract documentation
• Comfortable engaging and working with architects, consultants and clients alike
• High level of proficiency with Revit and/or AutoCAD software
• Attention to detail for fine finishes and quality design

You MUST be an Australian resident with valid visa or Permanent Residency.
You MUST have previous Australian experience.
