We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual looking to further their career in graphic design and branding.

Reporting to the Brand and Client Experience Manager, you will coordinate the day to day handling of duties directly related to branding, websites, marketing campaigns, assisting with maintaining and enhancing our online presence and hone your graphic skills with a varied and diverse pallet of design. This is a diverse role and an excellent opportunity to showcase your creative flair and ability. By working across a range of brands, no two of your days will be the same.

• A fast and eager learner who has their finger on the pulse and is always looking for design inspiration
• Completion of a relevant undergraduate Degree, or Diploma
• High level proficiency in InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an ability to visualise things at a macro and a micro level
• Someone who prides themselves on their time management and organisational skills
• A keen eye for detail

You will be responsible for the following:

Graphic Design

• Creating, updating, maintaining all marketing material for both online and print, including; ads, flyers, brochures, banners etc
• Creating artwork for internal documents and stationery
• Thinking creatively to develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Design of various Client Newsletters
• Ensuring all branding is consistent across all platforms, mediums and uses
• Creating, maintaining and type-setting marketing collateral such as business cards, email signatures, adviser profiles, product funds etc
• Creating, updating, maintaining designs for presentations (such as tenders, pitches, seminars)
• Ad hoc requests
• Brand signage

Merchandising

• Suggest and create design templates to be used for merchandise
• Maintain/manage stock levels
• Liaise with various suppliers
• Maintain merchandise registers

Administration Tasks

• Booking transfers
• Lodging invoices/registry of spend for the department
• Booking and organising meetings
• Updating and maintaining contact registers
• Any ad hoc task requested by the Brand and Client Experience Manager.

Event Assistance

• Assisting the Event Coordinators and Event Manager with all adhoc tasks for example, event packs, couriers, name badges, giftbags etc
• Assisting in lead up, on the day and following the event
• Willing to travel where required to assist the team with an event
