This company is a healthy team of 18 based in the easily accessible Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. They work on all stages of projects using Revit software exclusivity, and have made a strong name for themselves in the Education and Industrial sectors.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
This position will give you the opportunity to take the next step up, regardless of where your experience sits on the spectrum. Training, support, and healthy responsibility will be given at all levels, and if needed the assistance in Registration.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
- See projects through from concept design to delivery
- Deliver documentation packages using Revit
- Communicate and manage clients and project delivery
- Attend site visits and respond to RFI's
- Tertiary qualified in Architecture
- Ideally experience in Industrial and Education projects (not essential)
- Strong Revit experience and the ability to work independently
- Good Client facing/management skills and knowledge of construction
- A good attitude to add to the office culture - not challenge it
