Our Client is looking forward in developing design outcomes that contribute to the everyday life of the residents within. An established and respected name in their own right, they are looking for a outside the box Senior Interior Designer to push the boundaries in community driven apartment ventures and progressive, contemporary hospitality developments.
They are looking for an "Space Planning Ideas Generator", someone with a fresh approach to the way we interact with our neighbours and surrounding environment. Offering thought out solutions to vertical and high-density communities, you will be a severe design talent with a feet on the ground knowledge and passion for bettering the way we live.
Based on the strategic direction of the position, you will have upward of 10 + years of experience, in particular vast experience in designing multi-residential and mixed-use developments. Overseeing a small design team, you will have had exposure to management of resources, and project programming and space planning. As this position has a concept and space planning focus, extensive SketchUp skills are essential requirement for this position!
Working closely with the Architecture Team, this role offers you the opportunity to jump on board in early feasibility and concept stages to truly shape the fabric of new developments.
Your professional demeanor will see you interacting with Clients and Development Managers to negotiate design options to ensure delivery of positive outcomes.
