If you're tired of the traditional structure of Architectural Offices, and are wanting to utilise your experience in a role that's a little off centre, consider this!
Our client is a diversified property group who are looking to appoint a talented Design Architect (Registration not essential) with skills in SketchUp and AutoCAD, to offer early stage design and visual marketing material on a variety of medium to large in scale commercial, retail, hospitality and apartment developments.
Working with this property and development group will offer you the opportunity to liaise and communicate with in-house teams across development and sales to develop creative and innovative solutions to a range of new build (70%) and Refurbishment (30%) projects.
The role will involve extensive liaison with internal development and marketing teams, along with external design and service consultants, as well as providing existing conditions and services drawings to external consultant groups.
We see this individual having between 5 - 10 years worth of post graduate, industry experience and your AutoCAD, Revit & SketchUp skills will be the key to securing this role.
