My client is looking to hire an experienced UX Lead on a 6 month contract possibility of extension. They support a wide variety of projects, experiments, journeys across digital, spatial and service design.

To be successful you will need:

• 4-5 years experience in the UI/ UX Space
• To be a leader, with empathy, committed to putting people at the heart of your work
• Ability to coach, mentor designers through design critiques, co-design sessions, strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work as part of a wider team in a lean and agile teaam
• Lead and execute customer research, delivering on both customer and business needs
