ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This well-established residential Developer is based in Sydney's West and is currently seeking an experience Revit Documenter to join their growing team. With a leading presence in the market and secure pipeline of projects, you will join an established team of Architects and Documenters and will work across a variety of large scale residential projects.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
Reporting to the Project Leader, you will play an integral role in the delivery of your projects and will contribute to all stages of documentation. With your excellent coordination skills and technical knowledge, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: submitting DA's, preparing documentation for construction certification, liaising with external consultants and attending site surveys.
DUTIES.
- Prepare drawings for DA/CC
- Attend site visits
- Produce detailed documentation for construction
- Liaise with clients, councils and consultants
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Software proficiency in Revit
- Strong BCA knowledge essential
- Portfolio demonstrating multi-residential project experience
- Excellent communication skill
- Proven ability in the delivery of DA/CC documentation
