You will join a collaborative and creative team of experienced and passionate designers. Working with the Design Team Lead and fellow CX and UX Designers.
Skills and experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a dedicated Service or Strategic Design role
- Experience in strategy development and implementation
- Ability to work on scalable applications in a highly agile environment
- Understand and socialise pain points and opportunities
- Creation, development and production of end to end and module wireframes, client journey maps and program initiated artefacts (UI)
- Experience in banking or a financial services environment or management consulting background is a bonus
- Contemporary CX Industry, customer, contact centre platforms, insight and market trends experience
- You must be able to undertake qualitative research, understanding current state, and relaying that information in a way that will be accessible to the wider business
