Role

• Implement and manage BIM processes as required on a project by project basis
• Lead a team of BIM Coordinators ensuring the client’s interest is paramount in the execution of BIM.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans and deliver against BIM Execution Plans
• Lead co-ordination reviews internal & external with Consultants, Contractors, Architects & Project Managers
• Liaise and co-ordinate with the Engineers / Modellers / 3rd party providers on the production of Models / Drawings
• Review and ownership of existing BIM standards development, implementation and enforcement.
• Assist in the continuous development of Revit and Documentation standards
• Troubleshoot and assist with model management on specific projects when required.
• Build BIM models and libraries
• Assist in the preparation of construction detailing and documentation

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture
• Advanced knowledge and experience in Revit including Navisworks
• Proven experience in BIM / Revit software integration and management across a variety of complex project types
• Strong understanding of Constructability
