We are looking for a self motivated and confident Architectural Draftsperson for our Mornington Peninsula based Building Design company
Australian Experience essential
The predominant task will be construction documentation for mainly residential projects - townhouses, luxury homes, renovations, using Autocad.
We would expect that you would be able to run your own projects with minimal assistance, including client correspondance, coordinating consultants and detailed documentation of the project.
You will be able to demonstrate a sound construction technology knowledge and you will be able to prepare construction details & design develop independently.
Sketchup or 3d experience would be a bonus
Note there is virtually no public transport access to our office, so a car and valid licence is a must.
