We’re currently on the hunt for a new Heating & Cooling Consultant to join our fantastic team based at The Edge Showroom in the CBD! In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer service to our customers by ensuring they have a positive and engaging experience through their heating and cooling selection process.

‘A week in the life’

• Servicing both internal and external customers, providing guidance and direction for all matters related to heating and cooling design
• Supporting the greater Burbank Group business to ensure all obligations of The Edge selection process are met in line with business expectations
• Planning and preparing for scheduled heating and cooling appointments
• Monitoring your own performance through regular one to one meetings with our Studio Manager
• Inducting customers in the Burbank electrical consulting process
• Maintaining heating and cooling product board and display home selection in line with business requirements
• Addressing all customer service enquiries ensuring all matters are handled professionally and in a timely manner
• Liaising with suppliers to maintain product updates and coordinate new item releases

To win this role, you’ll come to us with –

• Proven industry related experience in Interior or Electrical/Heating and Cooling Design
• A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and presentation skills
• A creative problem solving approach with a proven ability to manage conflict and difficult situations
• An ability to autonomously work under tight timelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
