About the Role.
- 3D modelling from 2D drawings/sketches and CAD plans
- 3D Model management from various formats
- Dynamically prioritising, sharing and delegating to other team members
- Delegating instructions clearly and concisely from a project brief
- Working with cameras/lighting and materials
- Liaising with clients on project briefs, development and design changes
You will be working closely with The Building Design Manager with a solid portfolio in the industry.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reputable company is preferred
- At least 3+ years experience in multi-storey / apartment development
- Must have solid experience worked with both AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Good work ethics
- Strong Communication skills
- Attentive to details
- An Ability to hit the ground running with optimism
- Minimum requirement - Qualifications Degree or Diploma
- Desirable to have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
