The Client:
Is a medium sized Architectural practice known for it's Design. They are based just a short walk away from the station and have a vibrant down to earth office environment / culture.

They deliver award-winning architectural, landmark design projects, with a huge focus on high-end residential and competition work.
They are busy across yet not limited to; Multi-residential, Mixed-use, Commercial and hospitality projects.

The role:
My client is looking for a Graduate Architect or experienced Technician whose strength is in the delivery end of projects, in particular detailed construction documentation.

You will be responsible for documenting a range of projects (medium and large scale) and also have the opportunity to develop your skills across front-end design if this is an area of interest, when the competition team requires assistance. 

To be successful: 

• Expert user of ArchiCAD
• Strength in construction documentation
• Must have a solid portfolio demonstrating your documentation skills
• An evolved (or evolving) design sensibility is always desirable, yet not essential
• Must have permanent Australian working Rights and previous local experience
• Must have a strong understanding of BCA codes and regulations
• Previous experience documenting medium or large scale projects
• Someone who is driven and has a down to earth personality 
• Able to work in a team environment and also autonomously 
• Multi-residential experience is desirable, yet not essential 
• Need to have clear communication skills, both verbal and written
• Can do attitude
