The Role
They are seeking a Studio Coordinator to support the team with all things administration and marketing. You will be the go to person for all operational activities and will also assist with some graphic design tasks.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Coordinating diaries
- Reception duties
- Preparing documents, submissions and presentations – using InDesign
- Liaise with suppliers
- Keep the kitchen clean and tidy
- Run errands
- Organising team social events and activities
- Marketing support
Skills and Experience
- Experience in an administration/reception/marketing
- Experience in submissions and bid coordination is essential
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, InDesign and Photoshop
- Pro-active and hardworking attitude
- Problem solver
- Excellent communication skills
