The Opportunity
I am looking for an experienced Studio coordinator to join an excellent design team in Central Sydney. 

This is an immediate start for the right candidate, on an ongoing contract basis.

The company is a well known Australian brand that prides itself on delivering THE BEST campaigns to its customers. The team is fun and dynamic with an excellent working environment. 

The Role
To manage the traffic, workflow and production of an in-house design team who's main outputs are marketing campaigns: EDMS, Banners, Content articles, Copy, Landing pages and all marketing collateral linked to the brand and business. 

I am looking for a Studio Coordinator that has experience working in a creative studio environment, someone who can really hit the ground running and take charge of large projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Ability to multitask and prioritize requests for multiple team members in a fast-paced environment while still meeting deadline
• Experience in managing teams work flow
• Experience using Jira or equivalent tool
• Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc 
• Mac user
• Basic html and css
• Resourceful and proactive problem solver
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills; sound judgment and interpersonal skills
• Maintains composure under pressure and feels comfortable juggling daily schedules for multiple projects 
• Ability to make sound decisions, even in the absence of complete information
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; passion for using technology to improve work efficiency
• Thrives on new challenges, strong desire to do things right and constantly learn.
