Our client is a privately owned residential home-builder, who pride themselves on their inclusive culture and genuinely invest in their people. They provide a unique range of products from investment through to high-end residential housing.  Currently they are looking to consolidate their successful Operations team by bringing in the industry’s best talent and as such currently require a Senior ArchiCAD drafter to join them. You will contribute your proven experience to their high-performing and dynamic team working out of their Gold Coast head office. 

Reporting to the Drafting Manager and working along side a team of 5 Drafters your role will include : 

• Use ArchiCAD software for the preparation of documents and drawings
• Liaise with Council DCP, Developer Requirements,BCA and Structural consultants
• Manage the development and construction documentation process to meet with clients' budgets
• Liaising with Pre-start to produce Pre-start drawings

 Skills & Experience of the Senior ArchiCAD Draftsperson:

• Prior Drafting experience working for a volume home-builder 
• Good knowledge of BCA
• Cert 5 or Diploma in Residential Drafting, Building Design or Similar
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• A good eye for detail
• Customer focus
• Experience in ArchiCAD is essential
• 3-5 years experience in residential drafting using ArchiCAD
• A great attitude and enthusiasm to be a part of the team and growth
