TITLE: Creative Projects Coordinator
ABOUT THE BUSINESS:
F45 Training, the fastest growing fitness franchise network in the world, has exploded in the last 3 years with over 1000 franchises in 36 countries - and this is just the beginning! We are looking for an ambitious, versatile Creative Projects Coordinator to join the team in our fast-paced environment at F45’s headquarters in Sydney.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The primary focus of the role is to assist one of the Directors in bringing various creative projects to fruition.
You will be required to implement and manage a wide variety of tasks and projects at the Director's request, as well as liaise with all internal departments. You will also be required to offer ad hoc assistance to other departments as needed.
You will have experience in a commercial design environment and a strong command of Adobe suite.
The role requires a highly organised person with the ability to adapt quickly and attend to varying daily tasks while ensuring that all fixed responsibilities are addressed.
This is a full time position with the ideal candidate committed to helping on weekends and after hours if required.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary qualification in graphic design
- Highly skilled at multi tasking and adapting quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Computer literate – confident using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
- Comfortable working independently as well as assisting other staff
- Personal interest in fitness is beneficial but not mandatory
