Chartered Accounting Firm who are CBD based offer a friendly, collaborative and a positive work environment. In this role you will make an impact by supporting the team and clients.

Duties will include:

• ASIC management for clients using the ASIC Portal
• Drafting and finalising invoices
• WIP reports, including transfers and write offs
• Updating/adding new clients into Handisoft/ATO Portal etc.
• Collating financials and tax returns for presentations
• Updating lodgement reports and lodgement of tax returns
• Handisoft database management
• Scanning, filing and distributing mail
• Assisting the Partners and Managers with adhoc tasks, such as social events, internal intranet management, overflow of reception

Skills and personal attributes required:

• Must have 3 + years of experience within accounting firms as an administration assistant
• Experience with the above duties
• Be a team player
• Efficient and have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication, an excellent telephone manner
• Enthusiastic, flexible with a can-do attitude
• Enjoy being in a support role
