We are delighted to partner with a distinguished global company, known for its innovation and entrepreneurial approach, established over two centuries ago. An exciting opportunity is now available for a highly motivated individual to undertake the role of Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact and provide quality administrative support. As well as the stunning views, you will be provided with free onsite parking and daily catered lunch!

About the role

  • General reception duties, including meet and greet visitors, office inductions, distribution of mail and answering incoming calls.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics including room bookings, refreshments and set up/clean up services.
  • Organise daily lunch catering requirements and all other catering for adhoc meetings and events.
  • Manage and maintain office amenities and supplies including the ordering of kitchen stock and stationery.
  • Support the Finance team with the processing of invoices, receipt and banking of cheques, creating purchase orders and coding of credit card expenses.
  • General administrative duties including mailing, scanning, faxing, photocopying and archiving.
  • Assist head office departments with adhoc tasks as directed by the Head of Corporate Services.
