About the role

Daily communication with dealer and customers to answer questions and inquires on customer service issues;
collect product quality issues from dealers and convert it in proper format(PQI)to the factory for improvements;
Dealing and processing with daily warranty submission and audit from dealers;
Support parts operation in need;
Customer complaint handling and satisfaction surver

Skills and experience

Have soild automotive background and hand on skills in customer service and warranty processing;
Good command o office software(word, excel and PPT);
At least three year related experience in automotive industry;
Cheerful and hardworking personality;
Good commend of Chinese language is a plus.
