An opportunity exists for a full-time Settlement Clerk/Admin Assistant in the Holland Park West office of Monkey Conveyancing.
Duties include:
- Attending settlements
- Contracts administration
- Banking of settlement funds
- Collection of bank cheques
- Collection and delivery of documents
- Closing out settlement matters – scanning, uploading and filing.
- Data entry
- Answering phones
- Routing internal communications
- Other admin duties as required
Skills/Requirements
- Previous settlement experience highly desirable
- Attention to detail
- Driver license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Typing proficiency
You should be able to communicate effectively with good customer service and interpersonal skills. You should also be self-motivated, well organised, a great team player and be able to work responsibly and autonomously.
