Training & Customer Service Coordinator
Great opportunity for an organised person who thrives on a busy office environment who wants to learn more about business, training and what it's like to work for a great companyt! Rapidly growing Registered Training Organisation requires an enthusiastic and well organised Training and Customer Service Coordinator.
Based from our Yarrawonga office and part of our customer service team you will answer the phone in a bright and cheery way, organise training sessions for our trainers across the country with our clients, coordinate training bookings, complete travel bookings and print certificates/textbooks and materials.
this role will also involve internal sales, answering clients inquiries (email/ phone/ walk in) as well face to face client meeting.The candidate will have telephone and face to face sales experience in service industry, preferably with a safety background. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiating and strong organisational skills.
This is a full-time role with a salary range of $50,000 $60,000 + Superannuation.

You will be required to work as part of our team, wear our company uniform and support our training by:
Answering the phone in a terrific and memorable way every time
Organising Training courses across Australia and liaising with clients, our sales team and our trainers
Booking travel for our national team (flights/hotels/car hire etc)
Printing and mailing certificates
Assisting management with urgent requirements that involve organisational skills
