We have an excellent opportunity for a Payroll Officer to join our Finance Team at Myrtle Bank, on a permanent full-time basis.  

Key Responsibilities and Duties include:

• Full end to end responsibility for the payroll function
• Accurate processing of fortnightly payroll.
• Monthly and annual reconciliation of WorkCover, Superannuation, Payroll Tax and PAYG.
• Ensuring Company compliance, including but not limited to updated and accurate Police Checks and Statutory Declarations.
• Maintenance of accurate Employee Files.
• Processing end of month journals and accruals.
• Financial investigations as required.
• Process all receipting
• Provide back up for Reception and Creditors.
• Other related administration Duties as directed.

To be successful in the role:

• At least 5 years experience managing Payroll in a large payroll environment - 200 pay per fortnight. 
• Computer literacy skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to function in within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent organisational and team coordination abilities.
• Customer service focus with empathy to our residents.
• High energy.
• Aged care payroll experience desirable.
• Experience in CIM desirable.
• NFP salary sacrifice experience also an advantage.
