What are Strata Levies and Records?
If you are buying a property in a complex or a flat, you will be charged levies. These are the costs involved in running the complex, and include municipal rates and taxes, limited building insurance coverage, repairs and maintenance. When dealing with Strata schemes it's important that all the Strata Records and Strata Accounts be kept accurate and totally up-to-date. The Strata Manager is legally responsible for maintaining these at all times.

What might your day look like?
  • Answer questions from clients over the email and phone in a friendly manner
  • Assist Strata Managers by maintaining strata roll, correspondence files, notices and minutes
  • Ensure all data is entered to system in an accurate & timely manner
  • Ensure accurate disbursement charging
  • Confidently manage customer expectations

Can we quickly introduce ourselves?
If you live in an apartment, chances are your apartment block has a strata manager. The strata manager is appointed by the owners of the apartment block to help protect their investment which means they do things like arrange insurance, make sure the property is maintained by organizing contractors to clean the common areas, keep the gardens tidy, and conduct repairs and maintenance when needed. In their day to day business they rely on the records and data provided by our professional records, levy’s and debt recovery officers.
