We are an online store and wholesale that requires day to day customer services and analysis for improving and growing the business. We are looking for a motivated candidate to be part of a growing business and handle all customer related services including:
- emails
- phone calls
- messages
- returns
- postages and couriers
- among others
THIS ROLE IS NOT LIMITED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY. Through this role we expect the candidate to be able to provide solutions to each and every customer enquiry to further develop the business and maximise efficiency.
