Office People specialise in providing exceptional business support staff in temporary and permanent roles. We work with a range of clients in industries including construction, professional services, manufacturing, transport and logistics.We are now looking for experienced candidates for our exciting new roles.

Typical duties will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating administrative duties
- Assisting Senior Management
- Managing phones and general reception area
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Setting up meeting rooms including teas and coffees
- Collecting and distributing of all mail both electronical and postal
- Maintaining filing systems and archiving
- Creating documents and maintaining spreadsheets
