· Answering and Forwarding Calls
· Setting up Client Meetings
· Scheduling Meetings
· Mail in and out
· Minute Taking where required
· Ordering Office Supplies
· Lodgement of Tax returns
· Booking appointments
· Logging client jobs
· Clients work to go back
· Filing
· General Administration duties
What you'll need to succeed
If you have outstanding customer service skills, an excellent work ethic and value a great team culture then this is the position for you. Your presentation will be suitable for a professional office.
It is essential that you have at least five years Reception and general office experience, preferably in the Accounting Industry.
