We’re eager to recruit an energetic Account Manager with proven ability to manage multiple clients and who shares our ‘Customer is King’ philosophy. This role has a large administrative component, so having a keen eye for detail in addition to being customer-orientated, is a big advantage. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing contractors, including on-boarding, off boarding, contract extensions, answering queries and coordinating customer setup and requests
- Taking ownership of and accountability for a portfolio of assigned customers and then building opportunities within that client base
- Effective networking and maximising of relationships, contacts and referrals from each of your allocated businesses
- Updating our CRM system and ensuring all relevant compliance activities are completed.
- Assist in the distribution of Entity Solutions marketing communications, and ensure an in-depth understanding of all our divisions and offerings
- Periodic reporting and analysis as required
You will have:
- Proven account management skills which exhibit a customer is king mindset
- Demonstrated ability to handle high volume work with adherence to tight timeframes
- An understanding of recruitment & labour hire contractor processes and principles
- Superior communication and time management capabilities
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent multi-tasking skills whereby you can prioritise your tasks according to level of urgency and manage stakeholders' expectations
- A willingness and aptitude to learn our services and products in order to provide more comprehensive solutions to your client's needs
- A strong work ethic and desire to contribute to the team’s success.
- Proven ability to work intelligently, creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Previous consultative experience in HR, Contractor Management or Procurement is an advantage
