Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide office administration support to the Office Manager and other key stakeholders
- Provide reception cover presenting a professional and personable image
- Processing invoices
- Managing couriers and mail
- Managing company archiving
- Managing & booking meeting rooms
- Possess good MS office and general computing skills
- Attention to detail
- Outgoing, professional and friendly nature
- Excellent organisational skills, reliable and proactive
- Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
- Good problem-solving skills
- The ability to work in a team and to deadlines
- A fast learner with the ability to pick up new skills
