An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Sales Order Clerk to join an Import/Wholesale Australian company trading with a comprehensive range of consumer electronics products throughout Australia. Position is initially for 2 months and you will be based in the Northern Suburbs
Main highlights of the position are:
- Taking sales order, data entry, replying to email queries promptly
- Collating, distribution and filling of documents both emailed and received through the post and follow up outstanding issues
- Reception duties including distribution of mail and answering the phone
- Liaising with internal staff in relation to sales pricing, delivery and other related customer sales support
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Professional phone manner
- Good personal presentation, a team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong and consistent attention to details
- Motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision
- Keen to learn by grasping the clerical duties in a busy department
- Proficient in operation of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications
- Good time management by prioritising workload
- MUST BE PUNCTUAL AND RELIABLE
