Responsibilities are:
- to ensure the smooth operation of the office on a daily basis (including assisting the Office Manager with management of administrative staff);
- to free up fee earning staff and law clerks from administrative duties;
- to assist in time sheet entry and billing
- to assist in the establishment and maintenance of office systems and procedures as required
- to assist with periodic review and continuous improvement of office processes and procedures;
- to provide secretarial support to legal staff, law clerks and the Office Manager as required;
- to provide receptionist services and other administrative functions as and when required including – filing, faxing, scanning, photocopying, mail, meeting clients, arranging meetings, courier deliveries and liaison;
- to assist with the event planning of various corporate events.
- to perform and assist with general office duties and functions.
This is an ideal role for someone with excellent organizational skills, client service focused and possess strong administrative skills. Given the range of duties possessing a professional focus / presentation and communication are a must.
Our client will provide training and guidance and they are keen to meet individuals who action orientated, like to work in a busy and active office, will take ownership of their work and support the business.
