CSG Talent are working with a Global Luxury Designer looking to fill a BRAND NEW POSITION within their organisation.
This is a pivotal and highly regarded position responsible for all day to day office management and administration as well as HR operations and staff relations.
What we require from you:
- A can do, hands on attitude is key! We are looking for a people person!
- Well spoken and immaculately presented with a friendly demeanor to match.
- Being highly organised is an absolute must!
- The ability to multitask and think on your feet. This is an exciting fast paced working environment.
- Experience with and thorough understanding of all Microsoft office programs and Excel.
- A minimum commitment of 12 months!
- Background in retail is an advantage but not essential.
- Human Resource certificate or degree is preffered but not essential.
What the role entails:
- Daily office administration tasks.
- Directly reporting to the HR Manager in Japan as well as support to the Sydney based GM, Head of Operations and Operations Co-ordinator.
- Management of all invoicing, account expenses and payroll.
- Liaise with all external providers as point of contact for the business.
- Assist in recruitment of all new staff as well as on boarding, training and all HR documentation.
- Maintain and manage budget allocations as well as quarterly budget reports and analysis.
- Supporting all on floor Retail Managers Australia wide.
