We are looking for a HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

Located in Parramatta and close to public transport, this nationally recognised company is a current industry leader in their market. To support their growing operations, an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join the business has become available for a 6-month interim period.
Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative skills/support as required to the HR manager
- Maintain and manage personnel records and HR documents
- Update and maintain the internal database aligning with the day to day operations and familiarity with employment records and on boarding guides
- Initiating employee training and incentive programs
- Conduct and arrange performance reviews as well as exit interviews
- Assist and understand HR procedures whilst juggling various administrative tasks
- Collate HR data and assist with the end to end recruitment process
- Provide general support within the HR realm to the wider company
Profile
To be considered for this position you will need to have:
- Minimum 1-2 year's experience in a similar role with the familiarity of HR processes
- Diligence when understanding and implementing rules and regulations whilst adapting to new ones, and ensuring that procedures are followed accurately
- Highly proficient in MS Office suite with intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to multitask confidently and meet set deadlines for themselves and the HR team
- Great time management ability with exceptional organisational and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- The ability to remain approachable and professional at all times whilst dealing with internal and external peers
