About the Role
In this Reception position you will represent the organisation and be the face of the business.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Provide a high level of customer service to all visitors/clients
- Manage all incoming calls
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Arrange catering when required
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Filing and file management
- General Clean and tidy of reception area and meeting rooms
Your skills and expertise:
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of confidence
- Impeccable presentation
- Exceptional ability to communicate at executive level
- Proven ability to prioritise and multitask
- A proactive/can do attitude
