About the role

Due to expansion within the organisation and gradual growth, this organisation are looking to bring on a team assistant that will work to support a team of 3-4 consultants. This role serves as a central administrative point within a busy team. Supporting multiple consultants across offices, this person will provide administrative assistance across the team, and is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the smooth running of administrative procedures.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Prepare candidate shortlist packs
  • Formatting and uploading CV's
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Ensure candidate details are compliant within system
  • Load candidates into probity and psychometric testing portals
  • Arranging and organising meetings and interviews

Skills and experience

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong communications skills and ability customer service focus
  • 2-3 years experience within an administrative role - ideally supporting a wider team
  • Ability to work well in a corporate culture, but still able to enjoy yourself!
  • Experience with JobAdder will be looked upon favourably
