An opportunity is available for an Administration Officer to join a leading firm. You will work within a close knit team dedicated to providing the best for their clients.
This administrative role will include duties such as:
- Reception cover
- Database management
- Document preparation
- Answering and directing calls
- Daily mail preparation
- Providing admin support
- Filing
- Managing in-going and out-going mail and couriers
- All other general office duties as required
The ideal applicant will need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively multi task. The position is for someone that is confident in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & general computer functions.
You will also have a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in an administration role in a fast paced environment. Proven customer service skills and experience and excellent interpersonal and client relationship building skills.
