Based in stunning CBD offices, this is not your average position. Rich in diversity, the focus of this role is to ensure the head office runs smoothly in conjunction with the Operations Director! She is a high achiever who needs someone to support her day to day deliverable!
Specific duties include:
- Management of Diary
- Help with Meetings
- Help with HR contracts and paperwork
- Work alongside the Operations Director with confidentially being key!
- Operations support
- Overflow office management
- Plus, numerous other duties
